Hell no, life is grand with a dose of entropy But the truth in you will make you all wise a guru said to me Then he walked away with cash in his hand from his debauchery And left me wanting more of a grasp of my identity Hell no, our closest friend is a dose of entropy Like a savage and a beast with a flame in my vein it watches over me It can’t compare to those who dare to offer therapy And to those who look through the darkened glass, it’s all heresy Hell no, life’s in decay with a dose of entropy It’s plain to see comprehensively that it’s deep inside of me I flip the switch and raise my hand and bemoan lamentably And with a smile on my dial, I can live in style fundamentally Hell no, I’ve come to expect this dose of entropy I’ve got hands that move, ears that hear And eyes that are forced to see Wherever I go my friend is there just like it’s supposed to be In the end, I know it will be manifest destiny Hell no, the end is sure with a dose of entropy That day will come when you’ll be one forgotten entity Remember what the guru said about what is supposed to be And leave behind you what is deemed to be your legacy

Where were you When I lost my home Where were you When I was alone Where were you When I was denied Where were you When I tried to fly Where were you When I lost my way Where were you When I had no say Where were you Where were you When I was filled with doubt Where were you When I tried to shout Where were you When I needed a hand Where were you When I made my stand Where were you When I was being abused Where were you When I felt confused Where were you Where were you When I almost drowned Where were you When I went aground Where were you When I desired truth Where were you When I lost my youth Where were you When I was not believed Where were you When I was being deceived Where were you Where were you When I was forced to bleed Where were you When I was in need Where were you When I was on the run Where were you When I came undone Where were you When I lost my sight Where were you When I gave up the fight Where were you

People like us live life everyday Our hearts chained and ready - Away from decay Through silence and shouts - Force fed the raving Inside and out still misbehaving To know the end it has been foretold You can have it right now before you grow old For many shall be greatly deceived Time runs out destroyed by the greed People like us we live in distraction Unable to think and cursed with inaction Corruption conscripts – it's hard to be free It only has power while we're still on our knees So get up and know the end is foretold You can have right here before you grow old For many have been greatly deceived Time's running out destroyed by the greed People like us have nothing to lose What little we have and still we live with abuse Thoughts in your head are all pulsating Onboard or out it’s all too frustrating The time has come to get up and shout You’ve got to work to find a way to get out For those who come to be greatly deceived Time is running out destroyed by the greed People like us we live without fear Our minds trained and ready and set to be clear Decryption persists through all the debris Without the power to harm they’re not what they seem to be So rise up and know that you are the voice To shout from the roof to make all the noise There should be none who are greatly deceived Still time runs out destroyed by the greed

There's a light that shines in the darkness There's a hope that is waiting at the end of the road There's a dawn awaiting at the edge of midnight There's a reason why you must carry your load There's a heart that's breaking filled with sadness There's a mind that's set on things above There's a seed that's planted in the garden There's a dream that's centred in a world of love There's a time that's waiting for our measure There's a wrong that must be made to be right There's a song that's heard in the distance There's a darkness in the midst of light There's a chance for us to make a future There's a moment that's there for us to use There's a season of guilt by the wayside There's a rope that's fashioned into a noose There's a light that shines in the darkness There's a chance we might see the end There's a day that waits with open arms There's a way for us to comprehend There's a heart that's emptied of its sorrow There's a mind that makes the final move There's a man who's willing to move forward There's a woman who follows in the groove

Captain of the east side Ride free until sunrise Come a day when you’ll subside You know I’ve seen the mocking of the holy man Knock him down Teach to Earth where you’ve been today Courts of justice can’t put you away Treason on the high tide Ocean’s back you began to dry Feet wet and a sore side The thorns around your head gave a reason For your alibi Teach to me where you’ve been today All that hatred can’t put you away Spend your life within all time Just keep in touch with the other side I’ve been told that you’re forced to hide People, don’t you see the holy man’s committed suicide Teach to Earth where you’ve been today Our hatred has put you away

How can you know what's in my mind? When all of you hardly take the time. I've been stripped down to the core. But it's not like I haven't been here before. I sit in silence by the sea waiting for you to follow me. And when I make everybody cry. They never really know the reason why. I drank too much the night before. I couldn't find what I was looking for. I seek forgiveness for my life. I don't want to be apart from my wife. White is the color of my skin. But there is darkness deep within. Words that seem so incomplete, Are so often filled with conceit. I live my life in nonchalance. It really is a learned response. And one day this rain will stop. I only hope before I drop. Until then I will sing my song. And try to fix all that is wrong. Then I'll meet you at the gates of hell. Reminded all of you as well. So how can you know what's in my mind? Without the answer you are going blind. This rain will pour down on my head. Repaying me for the things I said. Each drop is there as a testament. Each measure holds a sentiment. The rain falls hard against my door. Listen now you will hear it roar. Rain, where's the rainbow?

about

This is an album of material that had no conceptual home. Each song is a single and could not be placed under one idea. They are motherless children.
