This song has been on the shelf since 1979. I did record it in 1994. However, it was mixed onto a Sony F2. The format was Betamax. Then the F2 stopped working, I lost the tape and so it it was gone along with a few other songs.
When I first wrote the song it was meant to be sung to prospective girlfriends letting them know that to know me would take a lifetime. That's it. That what it was about. I guess I thought I was deep.
lyrics
There are oceans in my mind
Seas of thought come ride my waters
Sail on my waves
Fish deep out of my depths
They are not infinite
But to know me will take a lifetime
I have a lifetime
